How is upper secondary education being transformed?
How is upper secondary education changing? Why will it become "profile-based"? What transformations should territorial communities expect, and are they ready for them?
Valentyna Poltorak, Manager of the Swiss-Ukrainian DECIDE Project, which consistently supports these changes by providing practical and effective expert assistance, addressed these and other questions in an interview with the Destinations portal.
"The transformation of upper secondary education involves the creation of academic lyceums and the modernization of vocational education," said Valentyna Poltorak. "Reform is a long-term and large-scale process that requires the engagement of all stakeholders — communities, teachers, students, parents, and businesses. We aim to foster this involvement. The key expectation is that by 2033, a network of modern educational institutions will be in place."
